SHIPPING & RETURN

· Due to the coronavirus pandemic and high shipping volume that USPS is experiencing packages may be delayed. We ask for your patience while your package is being delivered.

· All orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday.

· Please allow 5 business days to process most orders. Once your order is completed, all items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS.

· All orders are tracked.

· It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

· We will not be held responsible for delayed or missing packages due to inaccurate mailing.

· Please note that USPS has temporarily increased their shipping rates for the holiday season as of October 2020.

· ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products being handmade and in terms of health reasons during this coronavirus pandemic.

· However if an item arrives damaged or defective, kindly contact us within 24 - 48 hrs with photo documentation and detailed description of the damaged item for an exchange.

· You must return the item(s) within 7 business days of receiving the damaged or defective item to be exchanged.

· Please note that Item(s) must be in its original packing and in a new and unworn condition.

· A damage or defective item returned for exchange does not include shipping, unless stated otherwise.

· After 7 business days of not having received item exchanges will no longer be available.
